ABOUT THE DESIGNER

And so it began.....

At age 11, my first project was a crocheted granny square baby blanket for my youngest sister who my mother was pregnant with at the time. I figured, what kind of big sister would let everyone else make her little sister a blanket and she not make one for her too!

I picked up knitting a few years later.

I always told myself if ever I had an opportunity to start a business, it would have to be one that allowed me the freedom to create without any limitations or barriers. This blessing came about 4 years ago in the form of a co-worker with a fever for knitting and crocheting. There she was in our company "cafe"; head bent, hands moving fast and furious; knitting needles clanking away. A few days later, I expressed to her my desire to resume knitting and crocheting. I also mentioned that I'd like to improve the skills I had and pickup a few new ones. From that day forward, I was hooked!!!

God has blessed me with patience, preserverance and passion. These attributes have allowed his gifts to come to fruition. It is with great pleasure that i share his blessings with you through my love of knitting and crocheting.
